Pastors, please remember to include on the form, or email Andy Newman, the names of all your Full-time staff members who will be in attendance at assembly. They are delegates and need to be registered.

This is from the Manual, paragraph 201 which describes the members of the District Assembly and the Time of the District Assembly.  Pastors, please be sure to review this section of the Manual as you are filling out your Certification of Election form and make sure you are including everyone, including pastoral staff and retired elders.
